Prices: 9 months - 2 years £7.99 3 years and over £9.99 (Adult spectators) £2, 1 x Family Ticket (3 Kids, and 2 Adult Spectators) - £29.50

In order to ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable experience we have added the terms and conditions that customers are required to comply with for this event.

Health Needs
I confirm that :
I/ the child/ young person I have purchased a ticket for are fit and healthy and will notify staff on arrival of any changes to this confirmation.
Any participants who have existing medical conditions have consulted with their GP/ Medical Professional prior to taking part in the sessions. The inflatable equipment and activities or not suitable for anyone with a history of or currently experiencing neck, back or heart problems or anyone who is pregnant
As a Participant and/ or as the Parent/ Carer/ Guardian of a participant to inform the check-in staff of any illnesses/injuries/allergies/medical conditions and any medication upon entry to the session In the instance of any illness/accident during the session I confirm and consent to any necessary treatment can be administered to me/the child/young person I have purchased an entry ticket for.
CONSENT
I give consent for/ confirmation of:
Photos and video recordings taken on the day to be used for promotional purposes by Abi’s Events & Entertainments. Which may include digital and printed materials and channels
The child/ young person I have purchased an entry ticket for to take part in activities at Kids Fun Fest. I have purchased the correct tickets for the ages of the participants in our group. Only children under the age of 9 months will be permitted free of charge. Charges apply to children aged 9 months and over. An adult must be present throughout the session.
I understand that the activities provided are not completely risk free.
I accept that whilst Kids Fun Fest will take the appropriate provisions to prevent accidents, this can never be guaranteed.
I have read, understood and discussed the activity rules with the child/ young person that I have purchased a ticket for and will ensure that these rules are observed and abided by at all times during the session and to follow the instructions of the staff at all times.
I understand that Abi’s Events & Entertainments have a zero tolerance policy to verbally and physically aggressive and abusive behaviour towards staff and other participants. Anyone displaying such behaviours may be asked to leave without recourse to a refund
Participants enter and take part in activities provided by Abi’s Events & Entertainments ( Kids Fun Fest) entirely at their own risk. Abi’s Events & Entertainments, the venue and any related employees take no responsibility for injuries or damages caused at or during Kids Fun Fest
ACTIVITY RULES
All users agree that they shall not participate in any activities provided by Abi’s Events & Entertainments unless they have read Kids Fun Fest safety instructions on display below and on entry to the session.
By entering you/the child or young person (s) you have purchased a ticket for agrees to the following rules:
The instruction of Abi’s Events & Entertainments staff should be followed at all times. Should this not happen then we reserve the right to ask your group to leave without the right to refund.
The safety of all participants and staff is of paramount importance and we will not allow for this to be compromised by the actions of other participants.
We will comply with the height, weight and age restrictions specified by Abi’s Events & Entertainments ( Kids Fun Fest).
Any accidents, injuries or incidents should be reported to staff so that we are able to complete the necessary reports
We will only participate in activities that the age, developmental stage and skill level of the child/ young person is appropriate to the activity/ equipment and that they can use independently.
Flips/ Somersaults, climbing on walls, jumping off inflatables ( especially the top of slides)and entering cordoned off areas is not permitted
Parents/ Carers/ Guardians are responsible for the supervision & safety of children inside Kids Fun Fest. Should children/ young people not be adequately supervised your group may be asked to leave without a refund.
Abi’s Events & Entertainments staff are there to ensure safe use of equipment. Management of behaviours remains the responsibility of Parents/ Carers/ Guardians.
Food and Drink may only be consumed in the allocated rest area and not on equipment or inside play areas. Participants must remove jewellery, mobile phones and other valuables before entering the play area. Participants remain responsible for such items and their safekeeping.
Abi’s Events & Entertainments cannot acceptable any liability for losses or damage to such items Please be aware that the session may include loud music, busy areas and queueing, please consider the welfare of your child if this may cause distress.
REFUNDS
All tickets purchased are non-refundable. We may be able to transfer your tickets to a future event but we will require a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the event date. Transfers will incur an administration fee of £2.50 . By purchasing tickets you are consenting and agreeing to our terms and conditions
