Delivery timings and requirements

For hires at your home address we usually allocate a 15 minute delivery slot

We know how busy you will be with last minute organisation for your celebration and it is our intention to provide a prompt and hassle free installation. To help us do this please make sure any access routes e.g. entryways at the side of the house have been cleared of items such as wheelie bins, house pipes and other things that may get in the way of our sack truck which will be used to move equipment. It also helps us if possible for you to make space on your driveway to allow us to unload the vehicle.
